EuroParcs new IT system
We’re pleased to announce EuroParcs, with the help of an Intern; Adrian Barton from The University of the West of England have recently moved from Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 to Microsoft Office 365 with integrated SharePoint and SkyDrive.
We’ve successfully migrated our emails from SBS2003 to Microsoft Outlook 2013, in addition all our files are uploaded to a secure site on SharePoint, which means increased security and reliability for our customers and files.
Office 365 applications are accessed through 128-bit SSL/TSL encryption, this means unauthorized users trying to
intercept the transmission will not be able to read it.
All security measures are in strict compliance with the Microsoft Trustworthy Computing initiative.
What does it all mean for our customers?
A key objective for EuroParcs is to respond to our customers as quickly as possible with accurate and up to date information, Office 365 has granted us the ability to access information quicker and more securely wherever we are.
Completing tasks for our customers have become more efficient, this means we’ve made a huge saving on time and resources. This has allowed us to continue to offer great value.
Office 365 allows us to expand our business more efficiently. We’re pleased with how quickly members of the team have adapted to the new system which means we can focus on maintaining a high level of customer service.
We’re always looking for new ways to improve our services, keep an eye out for more updates!
