Customer feedback is very important to EuroParcs, all feedback is reviewed and used to improve our services and procedures to make future holidays more enjoyable.

"Just wanted to express my thanks to the EuroParcs team both in co-ordinating arrangements and on site support, the holiday was excellent and ideally for my family with various ages, the location and the site facilities were great and the site gave us a great opportunity to explore locally with the hire car, Barcelona, so we managed to have both a camp site activities / Beach and Sea / city experience…and enjoyed some great food (seafood especially), cooked on the BBQ..

"Just a little note to say a huge thank you for our recent holiday at La Garangeoire. It was most definitely 5 star. Having 3 children of various ages this holiday was everything I could have dreamed of.
Accommodation
The accommodation was brand new – It was like being in a 'New home' showroom. It was well kept well equipped even the high chair was superb (as for many years with other companies I have had disgusting highchairs ) but to my delight it was an IKEA highchair – easy to clean and did the job (the same one I have at home)…
The Site
Well kept by the owners they were clearly visible getting their hands dirty and helping out. The sight was spotless at all times – well lit – quiet after 10 pm with a very nice security chap. The reception was like a mini tourist information!
The children’s club
Well I never saw my 2 eldest so that’s always a good sign! Hair braiding painting films treasure hunt – build a raft to name a few!
It was just like a tranquil oasis and I read a book! Which with 3 children I never dreamed possible.
The couriers
Were amazing, having worked in the travel industry for several years and being a representative as well before - I am often quite critical! However the reps where a credit to your company , they where attentive (but not in your face) they were always around never had to leave notes for them - they would always literally drop everything.

"Great holiday as always though the weather the first week was poor. That’s the vendee. However, I didn’t let it cramp my style. The couriers were fine and responded to any requests for help, very promptly. Les Crevettes was a good pitch and the mobile clean and comfy.
I will continue telling all and sundry about EuroParcs. Your excellent personal and friendly service is tremendous. Many thanks."

"Fantastically helpful sales team. Larger companies never seem able to put two parties together so it was great that EuroParcs guaranteed it. Very clean and well turned out mobile homes. The reps were friendly and helpful, our loo flush didn't work and the rep fixed it straight away.
Lovely campsite, would recommend it and EuroParcs to others."

"I just want to reiterate comments left on Tripadvisor I have already left.
The reps were fantastic hosts and really went out of their way to look after us. Courteous, welcoming and professional...they were the big plus towards helping us enjoy our stay. We have been on the site before but will definitely be coming back to EuroParcs next year based on the level of care these guys provided us with.
The mobiles were excellent and I can only say thank goodness for the AirCon as it was really warm during our stay. We spent most of our time out on the decking and put the BBQ through its paces. Clean, tidy and fully equipped, I can honestly not find one single fault.
You guys in the main office made the whole booking procedure straightforward and I look forward to talking to you all again soon. Well done EuroParcs!"

"It was brilliant. The mobile home was really clean and felt very new. Bed super comfy. Mobile had everything you could need in it and the EuroParcs part of the site is definitely the best location. Not too far from anywhere and quiet and off the main entry road and doesn't feel like a massive campsite with the way the mobile homes are laid out.
Great holiday, great campsite, and brilliant service from all the EuroParcs people from start to finish.
Can't wait for next years repeat visit!"
