Question: Are there any additional
charges to be paid at the site ?
Answer: It varies from site to site.
At Le Panoramic, La Garangeoire, Le Ruisseau, Vilanova Park and La
Torre del Sol there are no additional site fees or local taxes for
you to pay. At our other sites in France where we are working in
partnership with france’s leading tour operator, Homair, you
will need to pay the local tourist tax, “taxes-de-sejour” directly
to the campsite.
At most sites you will be asked to leave a cautionary
deposit, usually between €100 - €250, fully refundable
upon you leaving the mobile home in clean and satisfactory state
with complete
inventory.
Question: What
if we break something ?
Answer: We expect customers to replace
simple items like glasses or cups. If the breakage is more serious
tell the Representatives or Reception and they will advise you appropriately.
Question: What is the
situation regarding cleaning of our mobile home ?
Answer: As part of our approach to
keeping costs down and thus offering outstanding
value we ask all our
customers to clean their mobile home before they leave. This includes
defrosting the fridge, cleaning all working surfaces and floors. All
cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils must be left clean. Hob, shower,
washbasin and WC must be left clean. In summary, the mobile home must
be left in a clean, complete and satisfactory state ready for occupancy
by the next customer.
Question: Do
you have Representatives on site ?
Answer: At Vilanova Park and le Ruisseau
we have our own EuroParcs Representatives.
At La Garangeoire, Le Panoramic
and La Torre Del Sol we contract for the local site management to provide
the on-site service to our customers. You are treated as though
you are
one of the site’s own customers and you are able to deal directly
with Reception
staff and management in terms of information, advice and
any maintenance matters such
as replacing gas bottles.
At our other sites
that are operated by our partner Homair your on-site service will be
provided by Homair’s representatives.
Most sites have animation
programmes (activities) for both children and adults and our customers
are entitled to participate in them. Most
are free, there are exceptions such as horse riding and archery classes
for which a fee is payable direct to the campsite.
