Quality mobile home holidays in Europe

               EuroParcs Holidays COVID-19 Communication

Updated 08/04/2021

We understand that you may have questions and concerns about holidays abroad.

The FCO currently advises against all non-essential travel until 17 May 2021 at the earliest.

We continue to monitor the situation daily with the safety of all our customers and colleagues paramount.

We are setting out some FAQs that are intended to help answer some of the understandable questions customers will have.

What if Government advice remains not to travel to the country ?

If UK customers decide that they do not wish to travel then normally payments made are non-refundable. However, given the circumstances as a gesture of goodwill we will issue a Goodwill Voucher valid for 2021 and 2022.

For Irish customers we continue to monitor official travel advice on a daily basis. If Irish customers are unable to travel due to Irish Government advice then in the circumstances we will issue Goodwill Vouchers.

If I don’t want to travel or am unable to travel can I get a refund instead of a voucher ?

We understand some customers may prefer a refund. However, given your holiday is available then if you are unable to proceed or don’t want to proceed with your holiday you are cancelling your holiday and in normal circumstances standard cancellation charges would apply.
Our policy of issuing Goodwill Vouchers is in recognition of the unprecedented circumstances associated with Covid-19.

My balance is due shortly, what is the situation ?

Balance payments are due 10 weeks before arrival. If you balance is due soon please contact us.

What is the situation if I have booked flights or ferries myself ?

You should contact the relevant airline / ferry company directly.
