We understand that you may have questions and concerns about your forthcoming holiday.
As you may be aware the UK Government has today announced it has agreed reciprocal arrangements with France, Spain and Italy that avoid any need for quarantining.

We are pleased to confirm that all our campsites in Spain are open in accordance with Spanish regulations. In France the campsites we operate on with the exception of La Garangeoire are open in accordance with French regulations. In Italy, Camping Village Fabulous is open in accordance with Italian regulations.
We continue to monitor the situation daily with the safety of all our customers and colleagues paramount.

For all customers arriving in July and August we will be in touch in the next few days. For customers arriving in September – December period we will be in touch over the next few weeks in arrival date order.

We are setting out some FAQs that are intended to help answer some of the understandable questions customers will have.

What if Government advice remains not to travel to the country ?

The UK Government has announced it will be changing Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice on 04 July, removing the advice to avoid all but non-essential travel. If UK customers decide that nevertheless they do not wish to travel then normally payments made are non-refundable. However, given the circumstances as a gesture of goodwill we will issue a Goodwill Voucher valid for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

For Irish customers we continue to monitor official travel advice on a daily basis. If Irish customers are unable to travel due to Irish Government advice then in the circumstances we will issue Goodwill Vouchers.

If I don’t want to travel or am unable to travel can I get a refund instead of a voucher ?

We understand some customers may prefer a refund. However, given your holiday is available then if you are unable to proceed or don’t want to proceed with your holiday you are cancelling your holiday and in normal circumstances standard cancellation charges would apply.
Our policy of issuing Goodwill Vouchers is in recognition of the unprecedented circumstances associated with Covid-19.

My balance is due shortly, what is the situation ?

We are now delaying balance due dates by 4 weeks – from usual 10 weeks before arrival to 6 weeks before arrival.

What is the situation if I have booked flights or ferries myself ?

You should contact the relevant airline / ferry company directly.
