More about the Customer Contact Centre

At EuroParcs' Customer Contact Centre, you speak to our guests every day by telephone, e-mail and chat. You answer their questions about the booking and help them book extras to ensure they have a carefree stay. Your work ensures that you can offer your colleagues at the parks a complete reservation.

You will be working in a dynamic and hard-working team where there is also plenty of room for socialising. Do you have many ambitions and would you like to grow within our organisation after a while? That is also possible! Within this position you can show yourself, develop yourself and get to know the EuroParcs company well. Together with your manager, you can look at the departments in which your interests and ambitions might lie!

More about the Owners Contact Centre

At the Owners Contact Centre (ECC), we answer questions from owners of homes at our holiday parks both by telephone and via Topdesk. In addition, you are an expert for a particular region and are the permanent point of contact for our colleagues at the park.

Working at the ECC also means having regular meetings with the owners. You do this at the holiday parks in your region, but also at fairs, open days and openings where owners are present. A varied job in which you work both in the office and outside.

You will work in a small and pleasant team of 10 colleagues. We have lunch together and sometimes have drinks after work on Fridays.
