Floriade Expo 2022
From 14 April to 9 October 2022, Almere will be the setting for the world horticultural exhibition Floriade Expo 2022. This year's theme is 'Growing Green Cities'. During Floriade, organisations from home and abroad will present numerous innovative solutions to make our cities and villages even greener and more sustainable. We are therefore proud that EuroParcs may present itself at the Floriade this year!
EuroParcs and the New World of Creation
The themes of the Floriade dovetail well with EuroParcs' sustainability objectives. Like our concept of 're-creation', or the new way of recreating. In short, this means spending your holiday in a modern and innovative home where we contribute to the environment without compromising on comfort. Recreation and holidaying in a sustainable(er) way.
Experience it for yourself
Experience the New Re-Creation and the synergy between two unique holiday homes and the natural landscape. With dozens of sustainable applications, domotics (the use of electronics in the home to make life 'easier') and beautiful wild plants. Your route starts along the winding paths made of broken peach seeds. Thanks to the orientation of the houses and the level differences in the terrain, you discover beautiful sightlines, shelter and the play between shadow and sun.
Local and circular
All materials are local and circular. Sometimes they are invisible, like the hidden wheels under Just Nature or the use of recycled insulation from old paper with cellulose. But sometimes they are also very tangible, like the ceramic tiles with a fine dust glaze on the Rebel House/ Everything you see here, from buildings to vegetation, is completely reversible and will be moved to the EuroParcs parks after the Floriade Expo 2022.

Growing Green Cities
The Growing Green Cities theme also fits in with EuroParcs. At the moment, EuroParcs has 64 parks spread across Europe and Bonaire. Each of our holiday parks is located in a beautiful and nature-rich environment. We are active in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. We have divided the parks into five themes: Nature, Family, Water, Mountains and Urban. Within these themes, we offer a lot of diversity that distinguishes us from other parks. You can choose from different types of accommodation such as glamping tents, villas, bungalows, tiny houses and tree houses. So at EuroParcs there is something for everyone!
Promotions for our guests and owners
By means of actions with and for our guests, we want to draw attention to re-creating during Floriade. We want to invite the owners and cooperating partners to visit us at Floriade. There you can experience the new recreation yourself in our house at Floriade. You can actively think along with us during sessions: how do we want to shape this new recreation for the future? Do you, as a guest or as an owner, have ideas about this or are you interested in buying a sustainable home at EuroParcs? Then come along to the Floriade and talk to us.
