Which holiday parks are participating in EuroParcs' ''Secret Parcs''?

All holiday parks in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium participate in Secret Parcs.

If I book a holiday with ''Secret Parcs'', which accommodation will I end up in?

When you book a Secret Parc, you don't know what accommodation you might end up in. You can stay in a Tiny House, in a chalet or in a bungalow. You may be placed in a larger accommodation than your travelling party is. When you make a Secret Parc reservation, we unfortunately cannot take preferences for disabled homes into account.

I have selected a period however I cannot book anything, why?

When making the reservation, you choose a midweek or weekend and here full = full. If your chosen date is not listed, the maximum number of homes has already been booked. Keep a close eye on the website, as additional accommodation may be released at any time.

Can I indicate a preferred holiday park?

It is not possible to indicate a preferred park, location or facility. However, you can choose a theme: nature, family, city or water. Based on availability by type.

Will my location in relation to the holiday park be taken into account?

When assigning parks, the location of the park in relation to your hometown is not taken into account. So it is possible that the park you are assigned to is in or near your hometown.

Can I travel by public transportation to a Secret Parcs destination?

Unfortunately, for Secret Parcs destinations, we cannot take into account the arrival route by public transportation.

Is it possible to book several properties?

Yes, to book multiple properties at SecretParcs, please contact our guest service . We will then ensure that you stay at the same park with the complete group. If several separate reservations are made, this will not be taken into account.

Can I redeem a discount code on a Secret Parcs booking?

Secret Parcs reservations cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discount codes and packages.

When will I know which holiday park I will be attending?

Shortly before arrival, you will know which holiday park you will leave for. If you book less than 7 days before arrival, you will be told one day before departure.

Are pets allowed if I book with Secret Parcs?

Pets are allowed and can be booked in the booking process. A maximum of two pets per accommodation is allowed.

Are babies allowed if I book through Secret Parcs?

In the 4-bed and 6-bed accommodations a maximum of 1 baby is allowed. No babies are allowed in the 2-bed accommodations.

Will cleaning be included in the price?

Final cleaning is included in the price.

Are bed linen included?

Bed linen is a compulsory purchase per person per booking. Made beds, towels and kitchen towels can be booked separately if required.

Is tourist tax included in the price?

The tourist tax depends on the holiday park you go to and comes on the cost sheet after the reveal.

Can I exclude holiday parks by myself?

Yes, it is possible to exclude a few parks, based on availability. In addition, you can select a theme. Both of these can be done in the booking process.

How can I select a theme?

Should you prefer to give us a nudge in the right direction, choose a preferred theme for just 17,50 euros per theme. During booking, it is possible to choose the theme as shown in the section extras. Please note: do you choose a Comfort Room or campingpitch? Then it is not possible to choose a theme.

Can I change or cancel my booking with Secret Parcs?

In case you want to cancel one of the accommodations, this will be done according to the regular cancellation policy. You can cancel your booking free of charge within 14 days of booking on My EuroParcs , provided that the arrival date is not within six weeks of booking. This only applies to bookings made through our own website. You can also cancel by contacting our customer service department. For full details, please refer to article 6 of the RECRON-voorwaarden .

When do I have to pay?

While booking online, you need to pay online using iDeal, mastercard and VISA, among others. Payment is subject to the following conditions: When booking more than 6 weeks before arrival, you pay 30% of the invoice amount and the remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival. If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you must pay the full amount online immediately. online. If no payment is made, you will receive a reminder from us.
