All holiday parks in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium participate in Secret Parcs.

When you book a Secret Parc, you don't know what accommodation you might end up in. You can stay in a Tiny House, in a chalet or in a bungalow. You may be placed in a larger accommodation than your travelling party is. When you make a Secret Parc reservation, we unfortunately cannot take preferences for disabled homes into account.

When making the reservation, you choose a midweek or weekend and here full = full. If your chosen date is not listed, the maximum number of homes has already been booked. Keep a close eye on the website, as additional accommodation may be released at any time.

It is not possible to indicate a preferred park, location or facility. However, you can choose a theme: nature, family, city or water. Based on availability by type.

When assigning parks, the location of the park in relation to your hometown is not taken into account. So it is possible that the park you are assigned to is in or near your hometown. 

Unfortunately, for Secret Parcs destinations, we cannot take into account the arrival route by public transportation.

Yes, to book multiple properties at SecretParcs, please contact our guest service. We will then ensure that you stay at the same park with the complete group. If several separate reservations are made, this will not be taken into account.

Secret Parcs reservations cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discount codes and packages.

Shortly before arrival, you will know which holiday park you will leave for. If you book less than 7 days before arrival, you will be told one day before departure.

Pets are allowed and can be booked in the booking process. A maximum of two pets per accommodation is allowed.

In the 4-bed and 6-bed accommodations a maximum of 1 baby is allowed. No babies are allowed in the 2-bed accommodations.

Final cleaning is included in the price.

Bed linen is a compulsory purchase per person per booking. Made beds, towels and kitchen towels can be booked separately if required.

The tourist tax depends on the holiday park you go to and comes on the cost sheet after the reveal.

Yes, it is possible to exclude a few parks, based on availability. In addition, you can select a theme. Both of these can be done in the booking process.

Should you prefer to give us a nudge in the right direction, choose a preferred theme for just 15 euros per theme.

During booking, it is possible to choose the theme as shown in the section extras.

Please note: do you choose a Comfort Room or campingpitch? Then it is not possible to choose a theme.

In case you want to cancel one of the accommodations, this will be done according to the regular cancellation policy.

You can easily cancel your booking yourself online at My EuroParcs.

If you cancel within 24 hours after making your booking, this is free of charge. Depending on the period before your check-in date, the following fees apply:

• More than 3 months before check-in: 15% of the total amount
• Within 3 to 2 months before check-in: 50% of the total amount
• Within 2 months to 1 month before check-in: 75% of the total amount
• Within 1 month before check-in: 90% of the total amount
• Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount

While booking online, you need to pay online using iDeal, mastercard and VISA, among others. Payment is subject to the following conditions:

• When booking more than 6 weeks before arrival, you pay 30% of the invoice amount and the remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival.
• If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you must pay the full amount online immediately. online.
• If no payment is made, you will receive a reminder from us. If a (down) payment is not made, we are forced to cancel your reservation against the applicable cancellation conditions as stated in the RECRON. There are costs involved. All payment conditions can be found in Article 5 of the RECRON terms and conditions.
