About the EuroParcs Group

Since 2008, the EuroParcs Group has been developing holiday parks in the most beautiful locations in Europe. The parks are in prime locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Germany and Luxembourg.

The EuroParcs Group is an organisation that is constantly on the move and stands for innovation. We value not only first-class service, but also a high level of luxury and comfort in the facilities of our holiday parks. EuroParcs' aim is to make this possible for everyone at an affordable price. Therefore, each EuroParcs holiday park is an excellent base for a wide target group to explore the area. Whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature or get to know the local culture, EuroParcs' parks and locations offer something for everyone!

The EuroParcs Group aims to offer unique, innovative holiday parks and concepts with value for all. Our product range, from glamping tents to luxury villas, is therefore tailored to the needs of different target groups. From families with children to younger and older couples to people who want to go on holiday alone. Throughout the year, we are working daily to offer our guests a comprehensive service that goes beyond an average hotel.

Thanks to the participation of Waterland Private Equity Private Investments, the EuroParcs Group can continuously work on realising its international goal: to become the largest and best provider of holiday parks in Europe. More than 50 parks already belong to the EuroParcs Group in the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.

History

The Dutch EuroParcs Group is one of Europe's most innovative holiday park operators today. Its aim is to offer modern and sustainable holiday park concepts alongside excellent all-round service. Across Europe, around 900 employees annually provide surprising and unforgettable holiday experiences for some 1,000,000 guests. The company's history began more than 40 years ago.

In 2001, the EuroParcs brand name was introduced. In 2016, the company's new headquarters in Apeldoorn was opened.

Since 2019, EuroParcs has been part of Waterland Private Equity Investments as an internationally growing company. This decision enabled further expansion of holiday parks in several European countries. The goal today is to be the most innovative holiday park brand in Europe.

Besides innovation, cooperation with local partners - from governments to tourism associations and suppliers - is also the basis for success. Because EuroParcs wants to create significant added value for regional tourism with high-quality holiday parks.

In July 2025, the head office moved to Ede.

Vision

EuroParcs has more than 40 years of experience in the professional management of holiday parks. The company quickly had a clear goal: the holiday parks should offer their guests a wonderful holiday. The owners of the holiday homes should also benefit as much as possible from the parks.

The concept has been popular for many years - and this has allowed the initially small company to grow: over 1,300 people now work for EuroParcs. The company now operates holiday parks at over 50 locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria. The head office of the Dutch company is located in Amersfoort. Activities within Germany are coordinated from the Düsseldorf office.

Sustainability is a corporate goal

Another important vision that EuroParcs is pursuing is that of a sustainable holiday park. The company buys up existing parks and converts them to make them more environmentally friendly. To this end, EuroParcs' park concepts use modern innovations such as energy-saving technologies, solar panels and heat pumps.

Purchased parks are equipped with photovoltaic systems, for example, which are used to supply the park with green electricity. When building new parks, EuroParcs took care to integrate the accommodation into the natural surroundings in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

Wherever possible, the holiday homes are made from natural materials or durable materials. Acting and thinking sustainably is one of the goals of the employees. They are constantly trying to reduce the holiday parks' CO2 footprint.
