From 1 January 2023, flexible arrival and departure days will apply. You will then arrive and leave again on whatever day you like (except arrivals on Sundays, national holidays, festivals and school holidays of your destination country).
During school holidays of your destination country, Mondays and Fridays apply as arrival and departure days.
Check-in is possible from 16.00 and check-out until 10.00.
If you have booked a camping pitch, you can move in from 13.00 on the day of arrival and leave by 12.00 on the day of departure.
Different arrival and departure days apply during public holidays (Easter, Ascension, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year's Eve).
No. Towels are not included in the bed linen package. For towels, you can order an extra towel package during the booking process. More information about the inventory of your holiday home can be found on the page of the accommodation in question.
Every EuroParcs holiday park and almost every accommodation has a Wi-Fi connection and can be used free of charge. Our parks are located in the middle of nature, so keep in mind that the speed and range may be less than you are used to at home. If you have problems logging in or have questions about the Wi-Fi connection, you can always contact the reception.
At EuroParcs there are no specific arrival and departure days (outside of holidays) for pitches.
If you go camping at EuroParcs, you can move into your pitch from 1 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave your pitch tidied up before 12 AM.
After you have checked in, you will receive a welcome pack from reception. This contains the following handy items:

Mini bottle detergent
