Secret Parcs from EuroParcs

All vacation parks in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium participate in Secret Parcs.

When you book a Secret Parc, you don't know what accommodation you might end up in. You can stay in a Tiny House, in a chalet or in a bungalow. It may happen that you are placed in a larger accommodation than your travel party is. When you book an accommodation through SecretParcs, unfortunately we cannot take into account preferences for disabled accommodation.

It is not possible to indicate a preferred park, location or facility. However, you can choose a theme: nature, family, city or water. This is based on availability per type.

Yes, to book multiple properties at SecretParcs, please contact our guest services. We will then ensure that you stay with the entire party at the same park. If multiple individual reservations are made this will not be taken into account.

Shortly before arrival you will know to which vacation park you will leave. If you book less than 7 days before arrival, you will hear at least one day before departure.

Pets are allowed and can be added in the booking process. A maximum of two pets are allowed per accommodation.

A maximum of 1 baby is allowed in the 4- and 6-bed accommodations. No babies are allowed in the 2-person accommodations.

Should you prefer to give us a push in the right direction, choose a preferred theme for only 15 euros per theme.

During the booking it is possible to tick the theme under extras.

Note: do you choose a Comfort Room or camping pitch? Then it is not possible to choose a theme.

For Secret Parcs, the general terms of payment apply:

While booking online, you have to pay online with iDeal, mastercard and VISA, among others. The following conditions apply to payment:

• When booking more than 6 weeks before arrival, you pay 30% of the invoice amount immediately and 6 weeks before arrival the remaining amount.
• If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you must pay the full amount directly online.
• If no payment is made, you will receive a reminder from us. If a (down)payment is not made, we are forced to cancel your reservation at the applicable cancellation conditions as stated in the RECRON. There are costs involved.

All payment conditions can be found in article 5 of the RECRON-conditions.

When making the reservation you choose a midweek or weekend and here full = full. If your chosen date is not listed, the maximum number of homes has already been booked. Please keep a close eye on the website, as additional homes can always be released.

When assigning parks, the location of the park in relation to your hometown is not taken into account. So it is possible that the park you are assigned to is in or near your hometown.

Unfortunately, for Secret Parcs destinations, we cannot take into account the arrival route by public transportation.

Final cleaning is included in the price.

Bed linen is a mandatory purchase per person per booking. Made beds, towels and kitchen towels can be booked separately if necessary.

The tourist tax depends on the resort you go to and comes on the cost sheet after the reveal.

Yes, it is possible to exclude a few parks based on availability. In addition, you can select a theme. Both of these can be done in the booking process.

Depending on the period before your check-in date, the following costs apply. If you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, this is free of charge.

• More than 3 months before check-in: 15% of the total amount
• Within 3 to 2 months before check-in: 50% of the total amount
• Within 2 months to 1 month before check-in: 75% of the total amount
• Within 1 month before check-in: 90% of the total amount
• Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
