Historical Luxembourg 

Learn more about the history of Luxembourg by visiting the country's historic buildings. Clervaux castle is only 17 minutes away; it towers over the city and houses three fascinating historical museums. You can also marvel at the equally magnificent Vianden Castle, the stunning centrepieve of the town.  Vianden is beautifully nestled in a valley right along the River Our.

Echternach & "Little Switzerland"

The oldest city in Luxembourg, Echternach, is magnificent and historical marvel. Its city walls are over 1,000 years old, and the historical churchers are truly a sight to behold.  

Echternach is also the perfect starting point for extensive hiking tours through the Mullerthal, affectionately nicknamed "Little Switzerland." As you hike through the lush green forests and spot the local wildlife, you will be accompanied by a dreamy, fairytale atmosphere. After a day of exploring, the town's many cute cafes and terraces invite you to sit back and relax. Best of all, these destinations are all close to our holiday park, so you can easily return and unwind.

Activities for water sports enthusiasts

During a EuroParcs holiday in Luxembourg, everyone can indulge their passion on, in or by the water. From fishing to swimming, kayaking or rowing, everything is possible there. You can even experience some of this at EuroParcs Kohnenhof itself. The 3.8 kilometre long Upper Our reservoir is also a unique water sports hotspot. White water rafting on the tributaries of the Our and Sure rivers provides even more adventure and thrills.
