Personal data we process

EuroParcs B.V. processes the personal data you provide to us yourself during the application process. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name

  • Gender (optional)

  • Date of birth

  • Address details

  • Telephone number

  • E-mail address

  • Documents sent by you (such as your CV and motivation letter)

We ask you to remove any data not requested from the files in advance, for example your BSN or any references on your CV. 

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

If you are applying and you are 16 years old or younger, you need permission from your parent(s)/guardian(s). They must have read this privacy statement before agreeing to it. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data EuroParcs B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing your application and keeping you informed about it.

  • Offering, with permission, similar vacancies in the future, by adding your details to our database.

How long we keep personal data

EuroParcs B.V. does not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.  For the information you provided during the application process, we apply a retention period of four weeks, starting when the procedure is completed. This includes when you are hired or rejected, as well as when the procedure is terminated early for any reason. If you wish us to keep you informed of similar vacancies, this period will be extended to a maximum of one calendar year with your consent.

Sharing personal data with third parties

EuroParcs B.V. does not provide information to third parties. If, for the execution of the purposes stated, this proves necessary, we will ask for your prior consent.

Accessing, adjusting or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by EuroParcs B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to personeelszaken@europarcs.nl

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, erase your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

How we secure personal data

EuroParcs B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to protect against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
