Flexible arrival and departure days
We don't want you to be tied to specific arrival and departure days. We understand that the children have to go back to school on Monday or that another day might be more convenient. That is why we offer a new service from 1 January 2023: flexible arrival and departure days. You arrive and leave when you want! Please note: does not apply during public holidays (Easter, Ascension and Pentecost) and festivals.
Please note: excluding Sunday arrivals, national holidays, festivals and school holidays of your destination country.

At our EuroParcs holiday parks, you will find many different types of accommodation to suit every travel group. For example, you can choose a modern chalet or a family villa with wellness, but you can also look for that unique experience in a floating water lodge or in that cosy Tiny House.

What are the conditions of EuroParcs' flexible arrival and departure days?
What are the conditions of EuroParcs' flexible arrival and departure days?
The conditions of the flexible arrival and departure days are as follows:
- Sundays, festival weekends and public holidays do not count as arrival days, departures are possible
- During school holidays in your country of destination, Mondays and Fridays count as arrival and departure days (with the exception of EuroParcs Het Amsterdamse Bos, EuroParcs Brunssummerheide, EuroParcs Buitenhuizen, EuroParcs Spaarnwoude and EuroParcs De Zanding)
- Not valid for EuroParcs Texel
- Only valid for stays of a minimum of 2 nights
- Exceptions may apply for larger properties (from 8 people) and hotel rooms

Changes within a booking include:
- Change of holiday park
- Change of accommodation period
- If several accommodation have been booked and one of them is cancelled
