1. Free rebooking up to 28 days before arrival
Plans can change, so your vacation can unexpectedly not take place on the planned dates. We understand that this is annoying, but do not worry: if you have booked via our own website, you can change your stay free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. This can easily be done through our customer service. You choose a new date in the same year that is more convenient. Rebooking can be done at the same price or with an additional charge if the new period or property is more expensive. There is no refund for a cheaper option.
2. Free cancellation within 14 days
Reservations can be canceled free of charge within 14 days, provided the arrival date is not within 6 weeks of the booking date. This option is only valid for bookings made through our website and for which a deposit or full payment has been made. Cancellations can be easily made by contacting our customer service.
3. Pay in installments
Bookings made 6 weeks or more before the arrival date can be paid in installments. You pay 30% of the total amount within 24 hours of making the reservation, and the remaining 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation.
