1. Free rebooking
Plans can change, so your vacation can unexpectedly not take place on the planned dates. We understand that this is annoying, but do not worry: if you have booked via our own website, you can change your stay free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. This can easily be done through our customer service. You choose a new date in the same year that is more convenient. Rebooking can be done at the same price or with an additional charge if the new period or property is more expensive. There is no refund for a cheaper option.
2. Free cancellation
Bookings made after 06-12-25 can be cancelled free of charge within 14 days, as long as the arrival date is not within 6 weeks from the time of booking. This arrangement is only valid if you have booked through our own website and have paid a deposit or the full amount. Cancellation can be done simply by contacting our customer service team.
3. Pay in installments
Want to book a stay, but prefer not to pay the full amount at once? No problem! You can easily pay in installments. You pay the first 30% of the total amount within 24 hours after making your reservation and the remaining 70% at the latest 6 weeks before arrival. This way you can spread the costs over a longer period of time and plan your vacation without financial pressure.
4. Best price guaranteed
When you book directly through our website, you are always guaranteed the best price. Do you find a better offer elsewhere for exactly the same stay? Let us know and we will refund you the price difference. So you can be sure that you never pay too much and always get the best deal. Note: this does not apply to offers where a coupon code must be redeemed.
