Where you're travelling to remains a secret until shortly before your arrival. Sounds exciting, doesn't it? Imagine packing your bags and not knowing exactly where you're travelling to. The adventure starts when you book!

Book a surprise holiday with Secret Parcs
Fancy an adventure? Then book a Secret Parcs stay with us. Where you go is still a surprise, but it will be at one of our parks in the Netherlands or Belgium.
You can choose between a 2-person, 4-person or 6-person stay when booking Secret Parcs.
Your holiday destination is entirely in our hands. Do you prefer to have a say in where you go? When booking your stay, you can choose from 4 different themes for an additional fee. In the run-up to your stay you will receive hints about your stay and shortly beforehand you will find out your holiday destination.
Booking at Secret Parcs is always based on availability. If your ideal travel date is not listed, Secret Parcs is already fully booked. But keep an eye on the website, as additional homes can always be released!
Frequently asked questions
Which holiday parks are participating in EuroParcs' ''Secret Parcs''?
All holiday parks in the Netherlands and Belgium participate in Secret Parcs. The holiday parks in Belgium are Hoge Kempen (16 km from Maastricht) and Zilverstrand (38 km from Eindhoven).
If I book a holiday with ''Secret Parcs'', which accommodation will I end up in?
When you book a Secret Parc, you don't know what accommodation you might end up in. You can stay in a Tiny House, in a chalet or in a bungalow. You may be placed in a larger accommodation than your travelling party is.
I have selected a period however I cannot book anything, why?
When making the reservation, you choose a midweek or weekend and here full = full. If your chosen date is not listed, the maximum number of homes has already been booked. Keep a close eye on the website, as additional accommodation may be released at any time.
Can I indicate a preferred holiday park?
It is not possible to indicate a preferred park, location or facility. However, you can choose a theme: nature, family, city or water.
Will my location in relation to the holiday park be taken into account?
When assigning parks, the location of the park in relation to your hometown is not taken into account. So it is possible that the park you are assigned to is in or near your hometown. You can assume a travel time of up to 4 hours by car.
Is it possible to book several properties?
Yes, to book multiple properties at SecretParcs, please contact our guest service. We will then ensure that you stay at the same park with the complete group. If several separate reservations are made, this will not be taken into account.
Can I redeem a discount code on a Secret Parcs booking?
Secret Parcs reservations cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discount codes and packages.
When will I know which holiday park I will be attending?
Shortly before arrival, you will know which holiday park you will leave for. If you book less than 7 days before arrival, you will be told one day before departure.
Are pets allowed if I book with Secret Parcs?
Pets are allowed and can be booked in the booking process. A maximum of two pets per accommodation is allowed.
Are babies allowed if I book through Secret Parcs?
In the 4-bed and 6-bed accommodations a maximum of 1 baby is allowed. No babies are allowed in the 2-bed accommodations.
Will cleaning be included in the price?
Final cleaning is included in the price.
Are bed linen included?
Bed linen is a compulsory purchase per person per booking. Made beds, towels and kitchen towels can be booked separately if required.
Is tourist tax included in the price?
The tourist tax depends on the holiday park you go to and comes on the cost sheet after the reveal.
Can I exclude holiday parks by myself?
No, you can't. You can, however, select a theme. The rest remains a surprise!
Can I change or cancel my booking with Secret Parcs?
In case you want to cancel one of the accommodations, this will be done according to the regular cancellation policy.
You can easily cancel your booking yourself online at My EuroParcs.
If you cancel within 24 hours after making your booking, this is free of charge. Depending on the period before your check-in date, the following fees apply:
More than 3 months before check-in: 15% of the total amount
Within 3 to 2 months before check-in: 50% of the total amount
Within 2 months to 1 month before check-in: 75% of the total amount
Within 1 month before check-in: 90% of the total amount
Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount

When do I have to pay?
While booking online, you need to pay online using iDeal, mastercard and VISA, among others. Payment is subject to the following conditions:
When booking more than 6 weeks before arrival, you pay 30% of the invoice amount and the remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival.
If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you must pay the full amount online immediately. online.
If no payment is made, you will receive a reminder from us. If a (down) payment is not made, we are forced to cancel your reservation against the applicable cancellation conditions as stated in the RECRON. There are costs involved. All payment conditions can be found in Article 5 of the RECRON terms and conditions.
