How Does the New Collaboration Model Work?

The new collaboration model consists of three components that form the foundation for the contracts with property owners:

1. The base agreement

This is the central agreement for all owners, outlining fundamental arrangements. It includes park rules, management responsibilities, and EuroParcs' services. This agreement is mandatory and applies to every owner.

2. Your usage model

In addition to the basic agreement, you select a usage model that fits your situation. You can choose from six options, ranging from full personal use to full rental. Each model has a duration of several years, allowing you to flexibly switch to another model later if your needs change.

3. Service models

This component provides transparent choices regarding the services you can obtain from EuroParcs. Some services are legally required, while others are optional. The service models give you control over costs and the quality of service provided.

Is it mandatory to switch?

You are not obligated to transition to the new models. However, we are confident that the new models, developed in collaboration with owners, offer significant advantages such as reduced complexity and improved support. For new owners, this collaboration model is the standard.
