The usage models

Choose the usage model that best suits your holiday home and personal preferences. A usage model is an agreement outlining how you wish to use your property: from full personal use to purely as an investment. Previously limited to three options, EuroParcs now offers six different models to better align with the diverse preferences of owners.

Our goal is to provide a suitable usage model for every owner. For each park and type of holiday home, we estimate the expected rental income and recommend one or more usage models based on your specific situation. Most owners can choose from several options, depending on the park, the type and condition of their holiday home, and their current contract.

Investment Ownership:

Use your holiday home purely as an investment, with no fixed costs and guaranteed returns.
