General EuroParcs actioncodes terms and conditions

Promotional code terms and conditions: 

• The promotional code is valid from the specified start date until the specified end date. After this period, the code can no longer be used.
• Each promotional code can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other current discount. If multiple promotional codes are redeemed, EuroParcs reserves the right to remove them from the booking.
• The promotional code is not valid in combination with other discount promotions, campaigns, (unique) promotional codes and/or special rates.
• The promotional code is valid based on availability. A limited number of codes are available for redemption per period.
• The promotional code is only valid for new bookings.
• The promotional code is valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights at the specified parks and in the specified accommodation types.
• The promotional code is only valid at the specified parks and accommodations.
• EuroParcs reserves the right to change the promotional terms and conditions or to terminate the promotion prematurely.

 

 

General EuroParcs action terms and conditions

• These action conditions apply to all EuroParcs special offers organised by EuroParcs and/or its partners.
• By participating in a EuroParcs promotion, the participant declares to agree with these terms and conditions.

Participation

• Participation in a EuroParcs competition is voluntary and free of charge.
• The minimum age for participation in a EuroParcs sweepstakes is 18 years.
• Participation is excluded for:
  - Companies, foundations and/or other legal entities;
  - Employees of EuroParcs;
  - Anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in an organizational sense with the EuroParcs competition.

The prize

• A winner will be personally notified by EuroParcs or its partners within four weeks after the close of the EuroParcs promotion.
• A voucher won is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash and/or other prizes.
• A voucher won via a EuroParcs partner must be redeemed via that partner.
• A voucher won entitles you to a stay for a midweek (Monday from 4 pm to Friday 10 am) or a long weekend (Friday from 4 pm to Monday 10 am) for a maximum of 6 people at a EuroParcs holiday park of your choice in the Netherlands or Belgium. The entire party stays in 1 holiday home.
• Bookings are subject to availability. There is a limited number (type) of holiday homes available per win action at a select number of holiday parks.
• Excluded are reservations during Dutch, Belgian and German school holidays, public holidays and during events on or near the holiday park.
• Costs for any extras (such as surcharges for pets, preferred bookings, etc.) are not included in the price. An additional payment for an upgrade of the accommodation type, for an excluded holiday park or for a stay during school holidays, public holidays and/or events is not possible.
• A stay won must be realised within 1 year of the voucher being issued. After this period, the right to the stay expires.
• The stay won is only valid for new bookings and is not valid on existing bookings, nor on seasonal and annual pitches.

Other

• The result of a competition is binding and not subject to appeal.
• In cases not covered by these action conditions, EuroParcs will decide.
• EuroParcs reserves the right at all times to terminate, interrupt or change a competition unilaterally and without prior notice, and/or to change the competition conditions and/or the prizes if circumstances so require, without being liable to compensate participants in any way.

• Dutch law applies exclusively to the promotion and the promotion conditions.
