Scheepswerf XL 4 is a spacious apartment located on the first and second floor of the apartment complex. Because of its location you have a beautiful view. The spacious living room offers a cozy sitting area with television, a large dining table and a luxuriously equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a combi microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and a refrigerator combination. In the apartment there is a bathroom on the second floor, equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a sink and a toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor, each with two single beds. Outside you can enjoy a large balcony. You can park 1 car at the apartment.
