Villa 12 offers spacious and luxurious living directly by the water of the Kraaijenbergse Plassen. This detached villa is spread over 2 floors and accommodates up to 12 persons, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The living room features a bright seating area with television and views over the water, a dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with all essential amenities, including a dishwasher, combi microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. 

The villa offers 6 bedrooms, including 1 with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 5 additional bedrooms, including 1 with a bunk bed and the others with 2 single beds each. 

There are 3 bathrooms in total, including 2 with a shower and washbasin and 1 with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet, providing extra convenience for larger groups. 

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with outdoor furniture directly by the water, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view together.
You can park 2 cars at the accommodation and make use of the free Wi-Fi.
