The Modus-L is a real eye-catcher! This modern, detached house exudes luxury and is suitable for 4 people. It is equipped with the latest gadgets that are all about sustainability: welcome to the new way of recreation! Through the large windows you look out over the water and you are in close contact with nature. In the living area you will find a sitting area with television. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso Machine. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 of which is a box bed. There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The spacious terrace has garden furniture. You can park 1 car at this house and there is free Wi-Fi.
