Watervilla Luxe 6

The Watervilla Luxe 6 is a sustainable detached villa and is suitable for 6 people. It has solar panels and an air/water heat pump. On the ground floor there is a garden-oriented living room with a sitting area and television. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a Nespresso machine. In total the villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with a shower and a washbasin and there is a sauna. One of the showers is equipped with a Sunshower. Both upstairs and downstairs there is a separate toilet. Through the French doors in the living room, you step onto the covered terrace with garden furniture. In the spaciously laid out garden there is also a decking area by the water. You can park 1 car at this house and there is free WiFi.
