The main booker must be at least 18 years old and stay at the park himself. It is therefore not allowed for parents to make a booking for children and then not stay at the park themselves.

Rebooking is possible without change fee until 28 days before arrival at the latest. The amended booking must take place in the same year. Changing a booking can be done by contacting us via the contact form.

Changes cannot be made within 28 days of arrival.

When you change the date of your booking, you always pay at least the amount of your original booking. If the price is higher than the original date, you pay the difference in price. If your new booking has a lower price, this difference will not be refunded.

At EuroParcs, we offer you the option to specify a specific holiday home or camping pitch during your booking for a one-off extra fee. This way, you are guaranteed to stay at your preferred spot.

  • For holiday homes, the preferential charge for a house number is €39.

  • For mobile home or camping pitches, the preference fee is €25

  • The preferential charge for specific features or facilities in a home or camping pitch is €33,-.

If, for any reason, we are unable to guarantee you this specific holiday home or camping pitch, we will contact you. We will look for a suitable alternative or you will receive a refund of your preference fee.

At EuroParcs, it is possible to book several cottages next to each other. This allows two families to stay next to each other. You can indicate your preferred house number when making your booking. This costs € 39 per booking. You do this for both reservations. You can see the house numbers on the map.

Unfortunately, you cannot book extra guests via My EuroParcs. This is only possible by calling the Customer Contact Centre on 088 070 8090.

Yes, you can. Please note that the transaction amount will be charged directly to your credit card at the time of the transaction.

Additional supplies (such as bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.) can be added during the booking process or after the booking process via "My EuroParcs".

If everything in the accommodation appears to be in order after inspection, the (remaining) amount will be refunded to your account within 3 weeks. In case of damage or missing items, you will receive an invoice. You can use this when dealing with your insurance company.

Causing nuisance can also be a reason to withhold the deposit.

Every EuroParcs holiday park and almost every accommodation has a Wi-Fi connection and can be used free of charge. Our parks are located in the middle of nature, so keep in mind that the speed and range may be less than you are used to at home. If you have problems logging in or have questions about the Wi-Fi connection, you can always contact the reception.

We have a number of holiday parks with charging stations for electric cars. You can find them below.

To make you feel as safe as possible during your stay, the park is supervised by the park management. In the event of an (emergency) situation, you can call the emergency number of the park. You will receive this number from the reception when you check in.

At many of our parks you can rent regular bicycles and children's bicycles. You can find out whether there is a bicycle rental service on the page of the park where you want to stay. You can also rent an e-chopper at many of our parks. For this you must be in possession of a valid driver's license.

On the day of arrival and departure, you can simply use the facilities at EuroParcs. Even before you have checked in and after you have checked out.

Electric and gas barbecuing is allowed on our holiday parks. The accommodation is not equipped with a barbecue as standard, but you can bring your own or order a barbecue package (including bbq) via the EuroParcs app.

This differs per holiday park. You can find this at the facilities on the webpage and on the map of the park where you are staying.

Yes, at all EuroParcs holiday parks your dog must be on a leash.

You can find the address details and phone number of the nearest vet in the EuroParcs app or in your welcome booklet, which you received upon arrival.

No, there is no dog kennel in the holiday home. Should you need one during your stay, you will have to bring it yourself.

No, there is no dog camera or something like a baby monitor. Should you need one during your stay, you will have to bring it yourself.

Your dog is welcome at EuroParcs holiday parks and campsites! If you add your dog to your travel group, you will automatically see only the accommodations where your dog is welcome.

At EuroParcs Gulperberg, you can't stay in a holiday home with your dog, but your dog is welcome at the campsite.

No, there is no dog shower at a holiday home.

At EuroParcs Brunssummerheide and EuroParcs Zilverstrand there is a dog shower for general use at the holiday park.

There are accommodation types with a garden fence where your dog is welcome.

It is also possible that per type, some holiday homes do not have a garden fence and others do. You can choose the house number yourself when booking - if available (at additional cost).

Some holiday parks have special waste bins where you can deposit your dog's waste. On most holiday parks, you can use the general waste bins.

Most of the roads are asphalt, but it varies per park whether there is more asphalt or grass. In a number of parks, there is both grass and asphalt.

If a package or additional item is not (any longer) available, you will receive a refund of the overpaid amount.

You will keep the Black Friday discount if the change in your reservation remains within the promotion conditions. Please read these carefully before changing your reservation. If the changes do not remain within the promotion discounts, the discount will expire.

You pay for your stay yourself in advance with, among other things, iDeal, master card and VISA and you cannot pay (cash) on site.

You can pay for extras during your stay, such as bicycles, extra linen packages or groceries, on the spot. You can pay this in cash, but banknotes of € 200 and € 500 are not accepted. Transactions of € 250 or more cannot be paid in cash.

If you have paid a deposit, you will receive the deposit back within 3 weeks to the IBAN number known to us. You do not have to do anything yourself.

If you want to redeem a gift voucher from EuroParcs, you need to contact gastenservice@europarcs.nl. Take a picture of the front and back of your gift voucher and add it to the attachment of your e-mail. We will be happy to help you!

The standard bed linen packages and tourist taxes must be paid directly when making your booking.

If you wish to book extra bed linen packages or other extras during your stay, you can settle this during reception.

At EuroParcs there are no specific arrival and departure days (outside of holidays) for pitches.

If you go camping at EuroParcs, you can move into your pitch from 1 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave your pitch tidied up before 12 AM.

From 1 January 2023, flexible arrival and departure days will apply. You will then arrive and leave again on whatever day you like (except arrivals on Sundays, national holidays, festivals and school holidays of your destination country).

During school holidays of your destination country, Mondays and Fridays apply as arrival and departure days.

Check-in is possible from 16.00 and check-out until 10.00.

If you have booked a camping pitch, you can move in from 13.00 on the day of arrival and leave by 12.00 on the day of departure.

Different arrival and departure days apply during public holidays (Easter, Ascension, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year's Eve).

The standard check-in period is from 4 pm. You can find the opening hours of the reception of your preferred park on our website.

Did you book an early check-in? Then you can check in from 1 pm.

On the day of arrival and departure, you can simply use the facilities at EuroParcs. Even before you have checked in and after you have checked out.

Upon departure, we kindly ask you to think of the following things:

  • Leave the property broom clean

  • Dispose of your household waste at the environmental park

  • Empty the fridge and dishwasher

  • Collect linen in a pillowcase

  • Hand in your key or key card at reception or leave it in the letterbox provided.

Any costs incurred by the park management for the above work will be charged to the tenant(s).

At EuroParcs, it is possible to book an early check-in when making your reservation. For a fee of €35, you can check in from 1pm, instead of 4pm. This is not possible during school holidays and public holidays.

Early check-in is possible subject to availability. If this is possible, you will see the option under 'Extras' when making your reservation. The option will not appear if it is not available.

After you have checked in, you will receive a welcome pack from reception. This contains the following handy items:

You can book a late check-out during your stay at reception. It is not possible to book a late check-out in advance, due to the planning of the cleaning party per holiday park. If you would like a late check-out during your stay, please come to reception. The reception will check availability at that time. Late check-out is not possible during school holidays and public holidays due to crowds.

From 16:00 you can check in at the reception. To check in, we need proof of identification from the main booker. Are you arriving after reception closing time? Let us know at least one day before arrival via My EuroParcs. Reception will contact you on the day of arrival (before the end of the working day, see opening hours) to discuss the possibilities. You can find the opening hours of the reception on the relevant park page of the park. Please note that the reservation must be paid in full, otherwise the preparation of the key is not possible. The reception will then explain how you can check in, for example, you will receive a code of the locker where you can take out your key or key card.

  • Sundays, festival weekends and public holidays do not count as arrival days, departures are possible

  • During school holidays in your country of destination, Mondays and Fridays count as arrival and departure days (with the exception of EuroParcs Het Amsterdamse Bos, EuroParcs Brunssummerheide, EuroParcs Buitenhuizen, EuroParcs Spaarnwoude and EuroParcs De Zanding)

  • Not valid for EuroParcs De Koog

  • Only valid for stays of a minimum of 2 nights

  • Exceptions may apply for larger properties (from 8 people) and hotel rooms

Tiny Offices can be used by guests and owners, but also if you are not staying at the park. If you are not staying at the holiday park itself, please fill in the contact form, select EuroParcs De Zanding or EuroParcs Spaarnwoude and the subject 'Tiny Office'. The Tiny Offices can be reserved per half day for a fee.

You can book a Tiny Office by filling in the contact form of the Customer Contact Center. Choose whether you want to book a Tiny Office at EuroParcs De Zanding or EuroParcs Spaarnwoude and select 'Tiny Office' in the subject line. The Tiny offices can also be booked through the receptions of EuroParcs De Zanding and EuroParcs Spaarnwoude.

Our holiday homes often have a filter coffee maker, Nespresso Professional Machine, Senseo or a bean machine. Which coffee machine your holiday home has can be found under kitchen facilities on the webpage of your holiday home. If you have already booked and log in to My EuroParcs, you can find it under 'My bookings'.

You can park 1 car at or near the holiday home. Some larger holiday homes have space for several cars.

On the webpage of your stay or in My EuroParcs under 'my bookings', you can find out whether your accommodation has an oven. This is indicated under kitchen facilities.

Yes, we have a number of disabled homes at our holiday parks. These are (partly) adapted and made wheelchair-accessible with, for example, wide doors and grab rails at the sanitary facilities.

You can easily find our disabled accommodations by selecting the search filter 'suitable for disabled' in the 'search & book'. This can be found under 'about your accommodation', then under 'personal preferences'.

All bungalows, chalets and glamping tents are equipped with garden furniture. For some special accommodation, such as hiker's huts or camping pitches, this is not the case.

Children's furniture is not standard in the holiday homes. You need to book this at 'extras' during your booking process. You can book the following children's furniture:
