Watervilla MIVA 6 persons is a detached villa that can accommodate 6 people. This water villa has been built sustainably and is equipped with solar panels and an air/water heat pump. In addition, this villa is spacious and accessible to wheelchair users and the disabled. The house has an adapted bathroom, kitchen, wide entrance and interior doors and thresholds have been removed or lowered as much as possible. Furthermore, this house has been adapted with extra aids, such as supports in the toilet and shower on the ground floor. The downstairs bedroom also has a high-low bed. There are no brackets on the sides of the beds. The garden-oriented living room has a sitting area with television and the open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and a coffee machine. In total there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. Both upstairs and downstairs there is a separate toilet. Through the French doors you come to the terrace with garden furniture. The spacious garden has a decking area at the water's edge. You can park one car at the villa and there is free Wi-Fi.
