Watervilla MIVA Wellness Deluxe 6 persons is a detached villa suitable for 6 persons. This water villa has been built sustainably and is equipped with solar panels and an air/water heat pump. In addition, this villa is spacious and accessible to wheelchair users and the disabled. For example, the house has an adapted bathroom, kitchen and wide doors. This MIVA home has also been adapted with extra aids, such as supports in the toilet and shower on the ground floor. In the downstairs bedroom, there is also a high-low bed. The garden-oriented living room has a sitting area with television and the open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and a coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms in total, each with 2 single beds. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. Both upstairs and downstairs there is a separate toilet. Through the French doors you come to the terrace with garden furniture. The spacious garden has a decking area at the water's edge. This wellness holiday home also has a sauna (upstairs), Sunshower, Jacuzzi* and a Kamado barbecue. You can park 1 car at the villa and there is free Wi-Fi. * Prior to your arrival, the Jacuzzi is completely emptied, ecologically cleaned and refilled with water. In doing so, we apply the national hygiene standards. Due to the sustainable construction of this holiday home, it is possible that the water of the jacuzzi has not yet reached the desired temperature when you arrive. Of course you can use the jacuzzi immediately.
