Can I book children's furniture in addition?
Children's furniture is not provided as standard, but can be booked via My EuroParcs ( based on availability). This includes cots and high chairs.

This can have several causes. In many cases this occurs when a new loyalty card was created while you already had an account. No problem! Contact us and we will merge your duplicate account. We do need your reservation number and email address for this.

You don't need a password to log in to My EuroParcs. Simply enter the email address you used to make your booking and then click on the log-in link sent to you by email.
What can I book in My EuroParcs?

In My EuroParcs you can book the following additional items:
- Children's furniture
- Extra bed linen package
- Towel package
- Kitchen towel package
- Beds made on arrival
- Food boxes
You can also book extra persons and pets.
How can I create an account or username for My EuroParcs?

It is only possible to create a My EuroParcs account when you have made a booking or reservation at EuroParcs.
After you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation in your mailbox. This confirmation contains a link to My EuroParcs with which you can create a password for your account.
Why can't I see my group booking in My EuroParcs?

Currently, group bookings (if you have booked two or three holiday homes or camping pitches next to each other) are not displayed in My EuroParcs or are only partially displayed. This does not mean that the group booking is not in our system. We are working on ensuring that group bookings are fully displayed in ‘My EuroParcs’.

What can I do with My EuroParcs?
If you create an account on My EuroParcs, you can do the following yourself:
- Cancel a booking
- Book extras
- Book additional persons and/or pets
- Payments
You can also find all the information about your holiday park and accommodation.
If you want to change your booking, please contact us via the contact form.
Please note: you can only create a My EuroParcs account if you have made a booking with EuroParcs.

I have a business booking or a long stay. Can I also log in to My EuroParcs?
If you have made a business booking or have a long stay at EuroParcs, you cannot log in to My EuroParcs to manage your booking yourself. If you want to change something in your booking, we would like to ask you to send an e-mail or call StayXL on 088 070 82 20.
