Where can I find important phone numbers during my stay?
All important (emergency) numbers can be found on the park info page of the park where you are staying and in your welcome booklet, which you get from the reception desk when you check in. Think of numbers of the reception, nearest doctor, veterinarian and police station.

Your visitors are welcome in your holiday home at EuroParcs. They can park their car in the general car park before the barriers. They may also use park facilities. Not every holiday park offers all facilities to visitors. Ask about the possibilities at the reception.
Is bed linen available and what does it include?
Is bed linen available and what does it include?
It is compulsory for all persons aged 2 years and over to purchase a linen package from EuroParcs and these are included in your booking as standard. The packages will be ready for you in your accommodation on arrival.
The linen package consists of a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase for 1 person. You can always book an extra linen package at reception during your stay.

Yes, you can pay with your credit card at the parks if there is a pin machine available.
Which TV channels can I watch in my accommodation?
Which TV channels can I watch in my accommodation?
In general, you can watch the standard Dutch channels and a number of Belgian and German channels in your holiday home.
Can I enter and leave the park at any time of the day by car?

Most parks that you are allowed to enter by car use a standard time period between 07:00 and 23:00. The barriers open during this period. Outside these times you can park your car in the general parking lot.

You are always allowed to bring your own towels. You will not get a discount if you bring them yourself.
How is the kitchen of my holiday home equipped?
How is the kitchen of my holiday home equipped?
All kitchens are equipped with a standard kitchen inventory. There are plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs. In addition, there are pans, dishes and coasters available. Everything to start your holiday carefree. Please note that the hotel rooms and studios do not have full kitchens.

Extras (such as bed linen, towels, a high chair, etc.) can already be added during the booking process. Have you already booked? Then you can do this via My EuroParcs.
Can I barbecue?

Electric and gas barbecuing is allowed on our holiday parks. The accommodation is not equipped with a barbecue as standard, but you can bring your own or order a barbecue package (including bbq) via the reception.

After you have checked in, you will receive a welcome pack from reception. This contains the following handy items:
- Small dishwashing brush
- Dishcloth
- Rubbish bag
- Toilet roll
- Mini bottle detergent
- Dishwasher tablets

No, a towel package is not included as standard in your stay. You can book this when making your reservation for €8.50 per package. If you have already booked, you can still do so via My EuroParcs.
The towel package consists of one large and one small bath towel.

If you have a complaint during your stay, please contact reception. We will be happy to help resolve your complaint and make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can find the number and opening hours of the reception in your welcome information booklet.

No. Towels are not included in the bed linen package. For towels, you can order an extra towel package during the booking process. More information about the inventory of your holiday home can be found on the page of the accommodation in question.

It is not permitted to set off fireworks at EuroParcs vacation parks.

Are guests welcome during my stay? Even if I did not mention them during my booking?
Guests are welcome during your stay at EuroParcs. However, you must report this to reception because of tourist tax and the purchase of extra bed linen packages.
It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than the maximum number of people your holiday home is suitable for. So if you stay in a 4-person accommodation and there are two of you staying here, you may receive a maximum of 2 guests.
What is the WiFi password?
What is the WiFi password?
Most chalets, bungalows and glamping tents have their own Wi-Fi router. You will find the wifi password in the apartment. You will find the location of the wifi password in the welcome information booklet, which you will receive from the front desk upon arrival.
There is also a public wifi connection at the holiday park for which you do not need a password.
