What does Flexibility Guarantee mean?
Are you doubting whether to book a vacation right now? You don't have to, because with EuroParcs you stay flexible! Thanks to flexible bookings, we offer you many advantages. You can add the flexibility guarantee to your booking when making a reservation, under ‘upgrades’.
For a small additional charge to your booking, you get the option to make a one-time free change to:
- Another date
- Another accommodation
- Or even another vacation park
This must be available. Should the new reservation be more expensive than the previously made reservation, the additional amount will have to be paid. If your new reservation is cheaper, you will not receive any money back.
You pay no rebooking fee - only the Rebooking Guarantee itself.
This way you stay in control of your vacation, without any extra worries or surprises.
Would you rather cancel?
Can't find a suitable alternative? Then you can cancel your stay free of charge - in that case you only pay the costs of the Rebooking Guarantee.
And the best part: you don't have to give a reason. How convenient!

You can submit a request to cancel via My EuroParcs.
If you cancel within 24 hours after making your booking, this is free of charge. Depending on the period before your check-in date, the following fees apply:
- More than 3 months before check-in: 15% of the total amount
- Within 3 to 2 months before check-in: 50% of the total amount
- Within 2 months to 1 month before check-in: 75% of the total amount
- Within 1 month before check-in: 90% of the total amount
- Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount

At present, EuroParcs does not (yet) offer cancellation insurance with the booking.
You may be able to take out cancellation insurance with your own insurance company. Consult your insurance company for the conditions they apply.
Can I book children's furniture in addition?

Children's furniture is not provided as standard, but can be booked via My EuroParcs ( based on availability). This includes cots and high chairs.
Can I indicate a preference for a specific property or place during my booking?

At EuroParcs, we offer you the option to specify a specific holiday home or camping pitch during your booking for a one-off extra fee. This way, you are guaranteed to stay at your preferred spot.
- For holiday homes, the preferential charge for a house number is €39.
- For mobile home or camping pitches, the preference fee is €27,50
- The preferential charge for specific features or facilities in a home or camping pitch is €34,-.
If, for any reason, we are unable to guarantee you this specific holiday home or camping pitch, we will contact you. We will look for a suitable alternative or you will receive a refund of your preference fee.

When you choose a cheaper accommodation, the price remains the same. If you opt for a more expensive accommodation or for a certain preference, you pay the difference.
You can also choose another accommodation within 28 days before arrival, as long as it's on the same park.

Yes, you can. Please note that the transaction amount will be charged directly to your credit card at the time of the transaction.

If you are looking for one or more properties for a large group, EuroParcs offers several options! For example, we have several group accommodations suitable for groups of up to 31 people.

Cleaning costs are already included in the rental price. These costs may vary by property type and also depend on the size of the property.
I see that bed linen is automatically added to my booking. Can I take these out?

No, this is not possible. Due to hygiene reasons, one bed linen package per person is included in your booking as standard. This is a mandatory purchase, so you are not allowed to bring your own bed linen either.

If you have booked your stay with a tour operator, such as AirBnb or Booking.com, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your booking. Please contact the tour operator with whom you booked.
How much is the deposit when I rent an accommodation?
How much is the deposit when I rent an accommodation?
EuroParcs may require a deposit in advance from all guests renting a holiday home. This amounts to a maximum of €100 per person*.
If everything in the accommodation appears to be in order after inspection, the (remaining) amount will be refunded to your account within 3 weeks. In case of damage or missing items, you will receive an invoice. You can use this when dealing with your insurance company.
Causing nuisance can also be a reason to withhold the deposit.
*Please note, at times of major events such as Dekmantel, Defqon, Awakenings or other festivals, a deposit of €500 per accommodation may be required.

The main booker must be at least 18 years old and stay at the park himself. It is therefore not allowed for parents to make a booking for children and then not stay at the park themselves.
Where can I book extras to my reservation?

Extras (such as bed linen, towels, a high chair, etc.) can already be added during the booking process. Have you already booked? Then you can do this via My EuroParcs.

Rebooking is possible without change fee until 28 days before arrival at the latest. The amended booking must take place in the same year. Changing a booking can be done by contacting us via the contact form.
Changes cannot be made within 28 days of arrival.
When you change the date of your booking, you always pay at least the amount of your original booking. If the price is higher than the original date, you pay the difference in price. If your new booking has a lower price, this difference will not be refunded.

If you have placed an option with EuroParcs, an expiry date is attached to this. This expiry date has been communicated to you via the Customer Contact Centre or the holiday park itself. After this date the option will expire. If you want to turn your option into a definite booking, you need to have made a (down)payment via My EuroParcs. Do you still have questions about your option? Changing the holiday park (rebooking) is possible up to 28 days before arrival. Contact us to discuss the possibilities, we are happy to take a look with you. You can change a booking by contacting us via the contact form.
If you opt for cheaper accommodation at another park, the price will remain the same. If you opt for a more expensive accommodation at a different park or for a specific preference, you will have to pay the difference.
Changes are not possible within 28 days before arrival.

You make your reservation according to the RECRON terms and conditions. There are different categories within these conditions. Check the conditions that apply to your stay:

Yes, your pet is welcome (on a leash) at all holiday parks.
When the accommodation allows pets, a maximum of 2 pets per holiday home are allowed. Pet-free homes are also available. You can indicate your preference when making your reservation.
There is, however, a surcharge per pet per night. You have to add your pet to your travel company when you make your reservation. The surcharge will be displayed during your booking. Please note, your pet can only come with you when it's part of the travel company.
Are towels included in the bed linen package?

No. Towels are not included in the bed linen package. For towels, you can order an extra towel package during the booking process. More information about the inventory of your holiday home can be found on the page of the accommodation in question.

Can I book several houses next to each other?

At EuroParcs, it is possible to book several cottages next to each other. This allows two families to stay next to each other. You can indicate your preferred house number when making your booking. This costs € 39 per booking. You do this for both reservations. You can see the house numbers on the map.

Adding extra guests and pets can be done by calling our Customer Contact Center. Please use the contact form or call the phone number 088 070 8090.
Note: Any changes that reduce the number of guests and/or pets must also be reported by phone to our Customer Contact Center.
