The Holiday Ownership model is unique on the holiday home market: if you opt for this ownership model, you will receive a holiday credit in return for renting out your holiday home. In addition, you pay no fixed annual costs other than council tax and insurance. The Holiday Ownership model gives you access to more than 7,000 EuroParcs holiday homes in Europe. You can either use this credit to book your own holiday home or choose another holiday home in a different park.

The Holiday Ownership model offers you the opportunity to go on holiday together with your family and friends. Either in your own holiday home or in other EuroParcs holiday parks at home and abroad. Your home is fully available for you to rent out. We take care of the rental management for you.
