Would you like to use your holiday home all by yourself and not rent it out? EuroParcs still offers you the opportunity to use a holiday home 100% yourself. This means you can escape from everyday life at any time and enjoy your holiday home. EuroParcs takes care of the maintenance and management of the park, as well as the most important work on your home, such as the heating system. You can therefore enjoy your holiday home to the full. Of course, it is possible to purchase additional services for the maintenance of your holiday home.

Most owners who do not rent out their holiday home do not currently have a separate contract. We are changing this with the new usage models. As a 'own user' you are therefore entitled to many of the same benefits as rental owners. In addition, it will be easier to switch to a different usage model in the future, if this is available for your holiday home.
