Unlike other ownership models, you do not receive an invoice at the beginning of the year and do not pay any annual fixed costs, with the exception of any land and ground rent. You also receive a share of the rental income. This rental income is lower than with the fully variable model, such as Active Ownership, the big advantage is that you generate income from the first booking of the year and do not have to come out of expenses previously paid.
