A holiday home as a pure investment purchase, without having to worry about letting, occupancy, maintenance or cleaning? With the investment ownership model, your holiday home is rented out to EuroParcs guests all year round. The income fully covers your annual fixed costs, with the exception of council tax and insurance. In addition, you receive a fixed, guaranteed rental income. At the end of the contract, you can switch to another usage model or extend your contract.

With the investment ownership model, there is no own use. It is therefore only suitable for those owners who do not want to use their own holiday home (any more) and prefer the financial return to vacationing in their own holiday property.
