Do you have accommodations for disabled people?
Yes, we have a number of disabled homes at our holiday parks. These are (partly) adapted and made wheelchair-accessible with, for example, wide doors and grab rails at the sanitary facilities.
You can easily find our disabled accommodations by selecting the search filter 'suitable for disabled' in the 'search & book'. This can be found under 'about your accommodation', then under 'personal preferences'.

What kind of coffee machine is available in the holiday home?
Our holiday homes often have a filter coffee maker, Nespresso Professional Machine, Senseo or a bean machine. Which coffee machine your holiday home has can be found under kitchen facilities on the webpage of your holiday home. If you have already booked and log in to My EuroParcs, you can find it under 'My bookings'.

The presence of an inventory list in the holiday home varies from one park to another. If the inventory list is present, you can easily find it in the accommodation. If your inventory is not complete upon arrival, you should report this to reception as soon as possible.

Smoking is not allowed in all accommodations. Smoking is only allowed outside the accommodation, for example on the terrace or in the garden of the holiday home. If there is no ashtray in the accommodation, you can get one at the reception.

Cleaning costs are already included in the rental price. These costs may vary by property type and also depend on the size of the property.

All bungalows, chalets and glamping tents are equipped with garden furniture. For some special accommodation, such as hiker's huts or camping pitches, this is not the case.

How is the kitchen of my holiday home equipped?

All kitchens are equipped with a standard kitchen inventory. There are plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs. In addition, there are pans, dishes and coasters available. Everything to start your holiday carefree. Please note that the hotel rooms and studios do not have full kitchens.

Extras (such as bed linen, towels, a high chair, etc.) can already be added during the booking process. Have you already booked? Then you can do this via My EuroParcs.

Children's furniture is not standard in the holiday homes. You need to book this at 'extras' during your booking process. You can book the following children's furniture:

- Playpen
- High chair

All accommodations have different interiors. Interior and exterior may therefore differ for each holiday home and house type.
What is the length of the beds in the holiday homes?
What is the length of the beds in the holiday homes?
In general, the length of the beds in our holiday homes are 2m. This is the standard. If this is smaller, this is specifically indicated at the holiday park and the type of housing. An example of this is EuroParcs De Biesbosch: here some house numbers have beds with a length of 1.80 m.

On the webpage of your accommodation or in My EuroParcs under 'my bookings', you can find out whether your accommodation has a freezer or a fridge with a freezer compartment. This is indicated under kitchen facilities.

We cannot answer this question on the website because your house number is only known upon arrival. If you want to be guaranteed a particular house number, you can book a house number with preference (€39) when making the booking.
How many parking spaces are there at the house?

You can park 1 car at or near the holiday home. Some larger holiday homes have space for several cars.

On the webpage of your accommodation or in My EuroParcs under 'my bookings' you can find out whether your accommodation has a separate toilet. This is indicated under the sanitary facilities.
How does the equipment in my holiday home work?
How does the equipment in my holiday home work?
The various manuals for the equipment in your vacation home can be found on the park info page of the park. To do this, go to the park's website and click on Park Info at the top of the menu.
Which house number do I get?
Which house number do I get?
We cannot answer this question on the website, because your home number will be assigned upon arrival. If you want to guarantee a specific house number, you can book a preferred house number (€ 35,-) when making the booking.
Are towels included in the bed linen package?
Are towels included in the bed linen package?
No. Towels are not included in the bed linen package. For towels, you can order an extra towel package during the booking process. More information about the inventory of your holiday home can be found on the page of the accommodation in question.

On the webpage of your stay or in My EuroParcs under 'my bookings', you can find out whether your accommodation has an oven. This is indicated under kitchen facilities.
What is the WiFi password?
What is the WiFi password?
Most chalets, bungalows and glamping tents have their own Wi-Fi router. You will find the wifi password in the apartment. You will find the location of the wifi password in the welcome information booklet, which you will receive from the front desk upon arrival.
There is also a public wifi connection at the holiday park for which you do not need a password.
